An off-site, state licensure survey conducted on September 24, 2021 found that Moravia Health had corrected the deficiency cited under PA Code, Title 28, Health and Safety, Part IV, Health facilities, Subpart A, Chapter 51. The deficiency was cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed on July 28, 2021.
